Price sheet

Straightforward volume pricing. You pay for how much of our 16 ft dump trailer you fill — labor, hauling and dump fees already included. Minimum pickup is $100.

Residential · 16 ft dump trailer

Your voyage from minimum to full load

Minimum pickup $100
1
Minimum
$100

A single item or a couple of bags. The smallest job we run.

2
1/4 load
$250

A bedroom clear-out, a small shed, or a load of yard debris.

4
3/4 load
$550

A large cleanout, a two-car garage, or remodel debris.

5
Full load
$700

Trailer packed to the rails. Full property clean-outs.

Included in every price above: all labor and lifting, loading, transport and dump fees. No fuel surcharge, no per-item add-ons, no "stairs fee".

Quoted separately: commercial and construction jobs, multi-load property clean-outs, and extra-heavy material such as concrete, brick, dirt, roofing shingles and tile. These are still free to quote and still confirmed with you before we start — never after.

No surprises

What actually changes the price

Three things, and you will know all of them before we lift anything.

  • How much space it takes upVolume in the trailer is the main number. That is the sheet above.
  • How heavy the material isConcrete, brick, dirt, shingles and tile weigh far more than furniture and cost more to dump, so heavy loads get their own quote.
  • Whether anything is regulatedPaint, chemicals, asbestos, propane and similar have to go to a licensed facility. We will tell you where — free.

Everything else — stairs, distance to the truck, disassembly, evening or overnight timing — is included. We do not price-penalize a hard job.

Beyond the sheet

Commercial, construction and recurring work

Bigger or ongoing jobs get a direct quote instead of the residential sheet, so you are not paying trailer-load pricing for a warehouse.

Commercial accounts

Offices, retail, restaurants and warehouses. Quoted per job or as a standing schedule, with after-hours work so your business never has to close for it.

Contractors & builders

Debris hauled repeatedly across the length of a build instead of one giant end-of-job pile. Priced by the haul, scheduled around your trades.

Property managers & realtors

Turnovers, evictions and pre-listing clear-outs across multiple properties. Ask about repeat-client rates and priority scheduling.

Pricing questions

Straight answers

Is the estimate really free?
Yes, always, with no obligation to book. Send a photo or two and we can usually quote you over the phone in a few minutes.
Can the price go up once you arrive?
Only if what is actually there is bigger than what was described — and in that case we tell you the new number and wait for your yes before anything moves. We never revise a price after the work is done.
Do you charge extra for stairs or a long carry?
No. Stairs, basements, back yards, disassembly and awkward doorways are part of the job, not a line item.
Is there an extra charge for nights or weekends?
Being available around the clock is the service, not a premium tier. Evening, overnight and weekend jobs are priced from the same sheet.
What if I have more than a full trailer?
We do multiple trips. Tell us the whole scope and we will price the full clear-out up front so you know the total, not just the first load.
How do I pay?
Payment is due when the job is finished and you are happy with the space. Ask us which methods we take when you book.
